Had a spacious room with a large bed and amazing views from the balcony.
The stay wasn’t exactly cheap but for what I got, it was still acceptable.

This place was just a good match for getting around the area in Auckland with fantastic value. I enjoyed the filtered water from the reception to fill my bottle when there wasn’t any in the room. Make sure to ask for water when you arrive.

Good location, minor issues
Stayed here for 2 nights with the fam. The location was decent, like a 12-min stroll to Spark Arena. Our apartment felt a bit damp, and waiting for the lift was annoying since only a couple were working. Enjoyed drinks from the bar, though! Wouldn’t say it’s a 5-star experience, but it did the job.

The room looked promising with nice decor, but reality fell short. It felt cramped, especially for the executive two-bedroom apartment, closer to a small one-bedroom layout. The bed situation was odd, needing a better arrangement for our family of six. The bathroom was minimal, barely accommodating movement. I expected amenities like Sky TV. instead, we got Freeview, which felt like a letdown for the price paid. Paying $60 for a cot is not ideal, especially when I already paid for my family's stay. Parking at $35 a night also felt excessive, given the already high rate for the room. On the plus side, the balcony view was lovely, and the bed was comfortable, but overall, the experience was frustrating with too many issues.
